Every piece is hand made in my studio just outside Atlanta, so timing depends on what you've ordered. Each product page will let you know which applies.

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your piece ships. International shipping is available.

Returns

If something isn't right, I want to hear about it.

Ready to Ship pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging, for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless your piece arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent, in which case I'll cover shipping both ways.

Custom and made to order pieces are final sale. These are built around your stones, your gold, and your vision, so they can't be resold. That said, I'm always happy to make reasonable alterations after delivery to get the fit or finish just right.

Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Defective

Reach out within 7 days of delivery at nectarbyrachel@gmail.com and I'll repair, replace, or refund. I stand behind every piece that leaves my bench.

Resizing

If I made it, I'll resize it, free of charge. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.
