Black Tourmaline Spinning Ring

A faceted piece of black tourmaline rotates and spins on a reticulated silver band. Three 3mm Swarovski tube-set crystals accent the stone.
Reticulation is a process which takes metal close to it's melting point, and produces a ripply surface through controlled heating. It can resemble a moonscape and with indirect light it will catch shadows, as a mountain range does, when the wearer moves.
